Marketing Content Writer/Editor (e-Commerce)
at CSOFT International in Shanghai
CSOFT’s Global Communications Department is looking for talented content strategists to work closely with one of our key technology-sector clients. The ideal candidate must be a native English speaker with copywriting and marketing experience, comfortable writing in a fresh and current voice, and ready to take on deadline-driven projects. This position will require simultaneous work on different types of documentation for different products, so we’re looking for a candidate with creative writing experience, exceptional organizational skills and versatility.
Responsibilities
• Create marketing content for one of the world’s largest international e-commerce giants
• Content will be seen on the company’s B2C platforms in the form of slogans, banners, articles,
push notifications and more
• Edit, rewrite and localize tone and style of written content to international markets
• Conduct industry research and assist in marketing strategy
• Assist with developing internal marketing materials
• Develop title tags and description of meta tags for SEO purposes
• Assist in branding projects for international brands
Skills and Qualifications
• Native-level English
• 3-5 years’ copywriting and editing experience
• A strong command of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with digital marketing and international e-commerce
• Familiarity with social media sites (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred but not required
• Creative with a positive attitude
