Executive Assistant
at Foxconn Technology Group in Shenzhen
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant supports our management team to sustain current business operations, carry out international project development, and conduct investment research. Our group expects to recruit candidates with diverse backgrounds in international business, technology, and advanced manufacturing. To excel in this position, tolerance of high pressure, great interpersonal skills and sensitivity of current industrial development are required. In general, ideal candidates are those willing to take initiative on challenging projects to contribute to the global success of Foxconn. This fast-track role is designed to be an 18 to 24-month assignment, with promotion to a global business unit based on the candidate’s performance in the role.
Qualification
1.Communicate fluently and professionally both in Chinese and English in order to convey information in accuracy.
2.Possess Bachelor’s degree or above in technical or business-related field
3.Possess 3-5 years working experience at international enterprise ; prior experience in C-level support role is a plus
4.Persist in thriving under high pressure with personality of emotional toughness and resilience
5.Possess spirit of entrepreneurship, problem sensitivity and diversified solution strategies
6.Equip with keen sense of global business governance including strategic planning, resource allocation and leadership techniques
Responsibilities
1.Coordination : to participate in meetings with top management and foster alignment among group-wide initiatives
2.Data Analysis : to conduct research, analyze data, and report to key leadership in English and Chinese precisely
3.Schedule Arrangement : to set agenda and coordinate international business trips for executive leadership
4.Strategy Planning : to work closely with global division heads to formulate corporate strategy, discuss on pragmatic implementation and propose suggestion for effective decision-making
5.Information Interpretation : to convey managerial-level instructions properly and inform complex information to related colleagues in organized form
6.Administrative Support : to manage C-level email accounts and facilitate bilingual communications between international contacts, performing oral and written translation when necessary
