About the Role
- Oversee campus and class operations - You are the face of our fun, creative, empowering brand. You will be the point of liaison to facilitate parents and students coming into the classes. You will help to ensure our campus is in tip-top shape and curate interesting and relevant content to build an on-brand atmosphere.
- Assist in managing instructors & class schedule - Facilitate instructors assignment in our courses and make sure our workshops, consultation schedules and class schedules run without a hitch. Coordinate with instructors to bridge available classes with the available instructors.
- Engage with interested parents on suitable courses - You will be the representative of First Code brand for new parents interested in our courses. You enjoy talking to people and love problem-solving and finding the best solution for their needs. The sales funnel will be your go-to tool to close leads and crush targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in customer service function, experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
- Cheerful, independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent at prioritizing and executing quickly on high-priority projects
- Excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented with pleasant manner and patient for dealing with kids
- Have a deep understanding of the First Code community and a passion for the mission of First Code Academy.
- Immediately available is highly preferred
