Your role (but not limited to):
Admin tasks:- File reports, documents, contracts…
- Edit new templates for the company various departments…
- Handle various admin tasks…
- Handle the phone calls, emails & other admin duties related to be in charge of the reception/front desk, HR:
- Assist in recruitment duties,
- Handle employees related demands,
- Make sure that the company’s culture is respected.
Candidate criteria:
- Plus if you are “green-minded”,
- Ability to listen, adapt & be flexible,
- Needs to be extremely pro-active,
- “Service” should be your middle name,
- Great English, Chinese is definitely a plus, other languages always welcome,
- A positive attitude.
