SALES RESPONSIBLE CHINA
at TAMI INDUSTRIES in Suzhou
Our company is specialized in industrial filtration.
We are looking for a sales manager for our subsidiary in Suzhou
MISSIONS:
- Ensure the development of turnover and TST profits on the PRC
- Monitor and coach existing customers in the PRC
- Coordinate the existing TST sales team
MAIN TASKS:
COMMERCIAL
- Ensure the day-to-day relationship with customers (OEMs, Agents, Distributors, End-Users)
- Search, select and increase the portfolio of OEMs, distributors and End-users on the PRC
- Make the offers to customers, and negotiate contracts according to the guidelines established by the HQ
- Ensure a monthly commercial reporting concerning the actions carried out with the HQ
- Feed the CRM concerning the actions undertaken
- Transfer technical requests from customers in the PRC to the HQ
- Ensure the training of the sales force (internal and external) to the products
MARKETING
- Study the Chinese market (prices, products, distribution, communication) in order to define a strategy to achieve the sales objectives in collaboration with the HQ
- Ensure technological watch on the PRC
- Suggest, prepare and insure participation in trade shows, fairs and conferences.
- Propose lines of communication for TST to be recognized in the PRC
- To be force of proposals on the supports of communication (web, plates, etc)
HIERARCHICAL LINKS:
The Sales Manager China is under the direct authority of the management of TAMI INDUSTRIES
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Double competence: Commercial and technical to quickly acquire sufficient knowledge in industrial filtration and more precisely in liquid / liquid separation.
- Successful experience in the development and management of a technical product distribution network.
- Good knowledge and ability to adapt to Asian culture.
- English (spoken, written) and Chinese (spoken, written would be a plus)
- Analytical spirit and strength of proposals
- Ability and experience to make frequent trips
- Autonomy, Ability to adapt, and willingness to work under pressure
- Communicative and good relationship
- Loyalty to the company
- Ability to adapt one's speech according to the different categories of interlocutors in the interest of the company.
POSITION CONDITIONS:
- Employment contract according to the current legislation in the PRC.
- Travel expenses borne by the company
- The candidate will be based in the premises of our subsidiary (no home office)
Remuneration
- Fixed part: 250,000 RMB gross annual income
- Variable part: 1.5% to 4%
