Online Sales and Customer Service

Full-time at Lebbay in Shanghai

Role and Responsibility
 Compose or edit product description
 Handle customer requests throughout the order process (handle pre-sale enquiries, follow up on process, shipping and payment issues, resolve after-sales issues)
 Monitor reviews on open platform and manage blogs
 Support SEM/SEO manager on online marketing activities
 Language support for other functions

Requirements
 Native in one of the following languages (Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Arabic, Russian)
 University degree
 Open minded, patient, and good communication skills
 Fluent English or Chinese capability
 Passionate about ecommerce and customer service; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
 Customer relationship, international trading or e-commerce related experience a plus
