Role and Responsibility
Compose or edit product description
Handle customer requests throughout the order process (handle pre-sale enquiries, follow up on process, shipping and payment issues, resolve after-sales issues)
Monitor reviews on open platform and manage blogs
Support SEM/SEO manager on online marketing activities
Language support for other functions
Requirements
Native in one of the following languages (Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Arabic, Russian)
University degree
Open minded, patient, and good communication skills
Fluent English or Chinese capability
Passionate about ecommerce and customer service; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
Customer relationship, international trading or e-commerce related experience a plus
