Finance Controller
at SIBUR International Trading (Shanghai) in Shanghai
SIBUR International is growing now at a rapid pace, and we are in search of candidate for the position of Finance Controller, who will take up responsibility for the following tasks:
• CFO functionality coverage in a local trading house with annual sales over 250 mln USD;
• Full responsibility for regular operational activities in the areas of liquidity management, budgeting, reporting, tax compliance, etc.;
• Accomplishment of strategic goals: development of financial instruments, process automation and optimization, internal projects management;
• Business and financial risks identification and control – design and implementation of necessary procedures;
• Communication with local and Group audit teams;
• Transfer pricing rules compliance monitoring;
• Team-management: up to 2 persons;
• Reporting to the CFO of parent company in Vienna (functional) and to CEO of the trading house (administrative).
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in finance/audit/internal control/consulting areas;
• Chinese and English – fluent;
• ACCA / CIMA / CMA degree;
• Exceptional analytical skills, strong emotional intelligence, «can do» approach to problem solving;
• Leadership potential and ambition for growth within SIBUR Group.
