Sales manager in consumer electronic products
at Silicon Power Computer & Communications Inc. in Fremont, CA. U.S.A.
【Job Summary】
To skyrocket our market growth in north American territory, this job is designed to:
1. Work with local and HQ teams to hit every quarter’s sales goals
2. Tighten rapports with existing accounts and satisfy their needs.
3. Build teams to initiate new business particularly in offline market
【Job Qualification】
1. Bachelor degree or above, with a concentration of business administration, science technology, or economics.
2. 5 year offline sales experiences in consumer electronic industry. Having deep understanding of memory/storage channels, users’ preferences and their purchasing behaviors.
3. 3 year managerial experiences. Being able to set goals, motivate teams, leverage resources, manage budgets, and forecast trends.
4. Highly capable of negotiating price, communicating with teams, and solving clients’ problems.
5. Proficient in English
【Job Responsibility】
1.Hit sales goals by working closely with existing customers. Examples are: (1) satisfy their needs in both product quality and product quantity, (2) interpret how our products and services are able to meet their needs, (3) negotiate prices and terms of sales/service agreements.
2. Explore potential accounts (distributors, retailers, chain stores) by taking clients’ referral and attending IT trade tradeshows and conferences.
3. Offer product portfolios, price quotations, and routes to customers. Prepare sales contract and selling orders via internal sales system. Complete government bid requests and reviews with Manager prior to submission to agency.
4.Keep supervisors update with your working progresses, such as daily sales activities, weekly sales plan, monthly revenue report, and annual channel(competitor) analysis..etc..
5. Build new team and take sales initiatives particularly in offline market.
6. Improve subsidiary management, such as saving operation costs, educating new crews, and facilitating communication between subsidiaries and HQ.
7. Other duties as assigned
