Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKING)
To be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
To provide quality customer service experience in handling chat, video chat, in-coming call and out-going call. Managing customer’s general enquiry, technical enquiry and escalations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to read, write and speak Mandarin.
- Managing customer’s general enquiry, technical enquiry and escalations.
- Using analytical skills to provide solution options for customers.
- Required to exercise critical thinking skills in providing solution to resolve customer issue.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Build rapport with customer and ensure follow up on request, enquiries and services.
- Handle chat, video chat, customer feedback, e-mails, incoming and outgoing calls.
- Ensure high quality customer service at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in any related field.
- Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to experience working opportunity.
- Mon to Fri work day. With Sat and Sun off day.
- Shift rotation with last shift ending at 11:00pm.
- Training provided.
- 9 hours shift (including 1 hour meal break).
