(Full-Time) Sales Assistant (Shanghai, China) at JJ EC

Your role (but not limited to):
Sales Duties:
Assist the company in growing its visibility inyour assigned market
Generate new leads through:
Building research (go in town and look for new construction or old buildings…)
Key contact research & surveys
Massive cold calling session to assist the company in growing its portfolio
Business Development as per your own creativity
PR tasks
Organize meetings for yourself & theteam
Build &/or maintain relationships with prospects/clients to increase the company’s revenue
Secure and close new contracts
Help the marketing department in identifying the best sales strategies
Track & be alert of any inbound calls or emails to spot a business opportunity
Business trips are frequent
Office Duties
Respect & maintain the culture of the company
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to listen, adapt & be flexible
Be extremely pro-active
Great English, Chinese is definitely a plus but not mandatory, other languages always welcome
Can adapt to China’s challenging environment
Understanding of business in China is always an advantage
Understanding of B2B sales cycles
A positive attitude
You are NOT ethnocentrist
You have heart & passion
