International Business Development Manager

Job Purpose
An International Business Development Manager is responsible for implementing an organization's business development strategy on an international level, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and negotiating and closing business deals. This position often has set financial targets to meet for the organization to meet its projected revenue generation.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Pursuing sales leads and prospective clients;
- Building client relationships, delivering presentations and proposals;
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions;
- Negotiating and closing business deals;
- Focus on online marketing area
- Making sure the realization of Sales Target in the area.
Requirements:
-Fluency in English is mandatory, and preferably good knowledge of a second language as well
- A bachelor's degree and one to three years experience
- Command knowledge of the specific industry, proven revenue generation and international sales experience.
- Excellent communications skills, self-motivation, cultural sensitivity, a foreign language, outstanding ability to sell
- Strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills and market research experience.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Able to prioritize work and multi task.
- Candidate who is living in Shanghai or planning to live in Shanghai is preferred.
