Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the planning, construction and management of the community. Take charge in making the protocol for the community’s operation and also its actual execution. The eventual goal is to build from scratch a community with high-user stickiness.
2. Design attractive programs for the activation and transition of community users. Use business strategies to increase the user stickiness, promote the users’ activity and maintain a benign atmosphere within the community.
3. Be familiar with the community’s features. Uncover the community users’ hidden demands. Plan for online-to-offline community programs/activities and promote their impact power. Motivate users’ participation in the programs/activities and collect their feedbacks.
4. Design and maintain an effective user growth system. Design attractive programs for the activation and transition of community users and to promote users’ activity.
5. Routinely summarize the community’s operating experience. Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate the operation of our new media and the community programs/activities.
Requirements:
1. Be proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing). Have ard 2 years’ experience in Internet, new media and community operation. Have rich experience in management.
2. Have strong language skills and planning/execution abilities. Have a talent in finding popular topics, planning for community programs/activities, and in motivating users to participate in our programs/activities.
3. Be passionate about Internet, science and technology. Have a sharp mind. Have his/her own ideas about how to effectively develop the community.
4. Have experience in team management. Have outstanding communicating, cooperating resource-integrating and logical thinking abilities. Be able to deal with high pressure
5. Be sensitive to numbers, and have a strong ability in data analysis. Be sensitive to changes in users’ behaviors. Be good at finding, analyzing and solving problems.
