Customer Service Representative (English Speaker)

Job Responsibilities
• Work in the customer care team to provide full support to clients’ inquiries and solution guides
• Provide quality and professional customer services
• Maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients
• Carry out various administrative duties
• Record inquiries into CRM system
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Afternoon shift Required (working hours align with European time, shift from 15:00-00:30/ 2:30 Beijing Time)
• Relevant experience is preferred
• Good command / native in English
• Fluent / Native Spanish proficiency (fluent in Catalan is a plus)
• Good communication, problem solving and presentation skills
• Detailed-mind, Good interpersonal skills, mature, Self-motived and strong sense of responsibilities
• Proficiency in PC application – MS Office
