Global Marketing Manager @ FinTech
at SeriesD FinTech SartUp in Beijing
An industry-leading, Series D, FinTech StartUp is recruiting for the position Global Marketing Manager.
You will work directly under the leadership and mentorship of a Silicon-Valley-validated marketer.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Research about users, understand user behaviors, generate insights and proposals;
2. Research about competitions, understand the industry's best practices and produce insights and proposals;
3. Gather and analyze internal data, and provide result-driven recommendations based on user behavior;
4. Continuously explore the traffic landscape, research and develop new traffic sources;
5. Manage advertising and related optimizations;
6. Establish and maintain KOL relationships with opinion leaders and communicate effectively with them;
7. Media public relations, establish media contacts and brand awareness;
8. Participate in global community engagements and build brand awareness;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above from a top or domain-top university;
2. Marketing, advertising, media, communications, public relations, journalism, social science and finance degrees are preferred;
3. Experience in operations, marketing, user research, growth, communications, marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, and media is preferred;
4. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, good at discovering logical relationships between things;
5. English is at or near native speaker level;
6. A second foreign language, especially Spanish, Korean, and Japanese would be an asset;
7. Experiences with digital assets is an extra point;
8. Skilled in marketing operation SaaS tools and analysis tools;
