With the recent launch of our B2B enterprise, RJ MTM, our team of tailors, developers and analysts have developed a highly intuitive, and user-friendly software, that centralizes all aspects of the MTM supply chain. With our system, we can deliver made-to-measure garments on demand, at the minimum order of 1 suit, delivered to businesses across the world in 12-14 days
Job Description
Our Marketing Coordinator will plan, manage, organise and execute on critical value-added marketing projects across the whole business. Working with team members from all departments, the Coordinator will need to pull on all resources to connect marketing project dots in order to ensure project completion. They will have full reach across the company, mix with everyone from every department and be required to learn the basic fundamentals behind each department. An exciting, action packed, learning role, with a potential for career growth within a fast growing company.
The ideal candidate
The ideal Coordinator will be someone that is looking to work in a dynamic environment, one that will be offered a range of challenging projects to work on. This team player will be someone who is incredibly task and detail orientated, proactive and ready to learn a lot of new skills through on-the-job training. Communicating clearly on KPIs and project milestones will be critical skills.
• English mandatory, Mandarin is a bonus.
• Talent for juggling multiple projects across multiple business divisions
• Ability to concisely define project goals, outline execution strategy, measurable KPIs
and provide status updates
• Strong in priority and criteria setting and executing on these consistently
• Excellent people skills and ability to think outside the box.
• A team player is a must, extremely motivated and a go-getter.
• Knowledge of the clothing industry would be beneficial.
Role and Responsibilities*
The Marketing Coordinator will:
• Through task/list-based format, execute on marketing projects from start to finish.
• Monitor scheduling, planning and resource management from accepted concept
through delivery for allocated marketing projects and campaigns.
• Prepare project timelines and project budgets.
• Ensure marketing projects are delivered as scheduled and within budget to best
possible quality standards.
• Perform as consultant to Brand & Social manager.
• Use creative knowledge to assist and enhance sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain relations with all key staff in organisation.
Work hours:
Monday – Friday: 09:30am – 6pm
