Czech Speaking Recruiter

Employer: Our client began its humble life as a small factory in the Xiaogang Development
Zone located on the outskirts of Ningbo in 1992. In 1997, the company organized its various branch companies into a single Group Company, and the Company Group Limited entered into a new area in the field of exterior auto-parts of passenger vehicle in Mainland China. On 1 December 2005, the company was listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It has now expanded to become a leading supplier in design, manufacturing and sales of body structural parts, trims and decorative parts of passenger vehicles.
Duties:
1. In charge of the recruitment task for Czech factory;
2. Work with line managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description;
3. Develop and maintain recruitment channels to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency;
4. Source qualified individuals from different channels;
5. Screen resumes and conducts 1st interviews and assesses candidates;
6. Prepares interview report and evaluation report;
7. Shortlist candidates and recommends to hiring managers;
8. Develop talent assessment tool and improves recruitment process;
9. Provide hiring consultation to hiring managers;
10. Prepares hiring report for management review;
11. Other HR related responsibilities/projects once required.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 to 5 years recruiting experience in MNC; Experience in search firms is a plus
2. Advanced Czech language skill, and fluent in English or Chinese is a must.
3. Good PC Skills & familiar with recruiting system and strong analysis capability
4. Good team work spirit, respect and value people;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities;
7. Self-motivated and be able to cope with a heavy workload;
8. Work independently and be patient under pressure
