Job Description
- To manage the international growth of the event(s), liaise with agents and/or local offices and work with the Sales Team to develop the event(s) generally, ensuring new product areas and making certain that the event is always ahead of the market it serves.
- Plan and oversee the accurate and timely preparation of the show and gain relevant information with regard to sales, technical, logistics, marketing and PR aspects of the specific shows to meet and exceed agreed revenue and profit targets, whilst maximise profits.
Job Requirements
- Nationality: Russian.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Persuasive and great on the phone.
- Numerical confidence.
- Excellent negotiation skills and good presentation skills.
- Determination to succeed through hard work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people across many different industries and levels of seniority.
- Commitment to offering good customer service.
- Proactive in sales approach.Strong team player.Flexible. Highly organised.
- A high level of self motivation and the ability to meet demanding targets within tight deadlines.
Knowledge - A good knowledge of PC packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook
- Some knowledge of the exhibition industry would be desirable
Experience - 2 years experience in exhibition industry or sales.
Personal circumstances. - Willing to travel overseas.
- At least 2 year Working experience about exhibition or sales
